Workshop on Transfer Pricing audit process for specific sectors

Expert of IAPR of Hellenic Republic Mr. Alexandros Roukalis and former TP expert of Italian Revenue Agency Mr. Marco Orlandi visited the Ministry of Taxes in December to work on TP audit process for specific sectors and analyze real case scenarios. The purpose of this workshop was to transfer the requested hands-on public sector expertise to the Ministry of Taxes for auditing specific TP cases in the oil, chemical, and beverages sectors. Initially, the experts presented some general guidance with regards to the appropriate TP audit approach. Furthermore, they also provided the 11 audit steps that should be followed from the beginning to the end, so as to conclude with a TP audit.
