Workshop on CbCR implementation package

The purpose of the workshop conducted in October 2018 was to jointly work with tax officials of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the proposals to further improve domestic legislation on CbCR. During the 5-day workshop, the STEs and their BC counterparts discussed the design of a CbCR-related road map and its implementation and developed primary and secondary legislation in pursuant with the model legislation of BEPS Action 13 Final Report 2015. Further, the team discussed other respective issues such as confidentiality of the system, data safeguard, and developed the FAQ section for the web site of the Ministry of Taxes related to the CbCR
