Develop administrative approach to MAP process

A workshop was conducted with the participation of the experts of IAPR of Hellenic Republic Dr. Aikaterini Perrou, Ms. Sofrona Lydia-Elisavet, and Mr Tetagiotis Ioannis in the frame of Twinning Project, in April. It regarded the identification and development of an administrative approach to Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) process. During this 5-day workshop, the STEs and tax officials of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan co-acted to prepare primary and secondary legislations with respect to administrative approach to MAP process in the sphere of double taxation conventions of the Republic of Azerbaijan. At the end of a fruitful cooperation, the experts and their counterparts came up with a recommendation report on primary and secondary legislation of MAP, as well as the MAP Manual for Taxpayers in the form of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
