Capacity building to implement TP auditing

The first activity of November was a 5-day workshop during which the short-term expert of Independent Authority for Public Revenues, Mr Alexandros Roukalis, along with BC RTA Counterpart Mr Jeyhun Ismayilov, chief state tax inspector of the Main Department for International Taxation and Tax Monitoring co-acted on identification, recording and further analysing all steps of the TP audit process through a real case scenario. The workshop focused on critical issues such as collecting information, analysing the costs, verifying the cost base, checking the business rational and drafting the audit report.
